The conference will feature keynote speaker Jackie Stebbins\, lawyer\, mother\, wife\, and autoimmune encephalitis survivor\, who will kick it off with a powerful message about resilience. Led by subject-matter experts\, the conference’s breakout sessions will discuss emerging and trending human resource management topics\, including mental health\, attracting workforce\, employee retention\, AI\, and more. Established in 2008 through grant funding awarded by the Otto Bremer Foundation\, the HR Collaborative has provided human resource management training and resources to more than 800 North Dakota local government HR departments through its biennial conference\, virtual workshop series\, and HR Reference Guide.
