IPRA Skills Development Webinar Series
The Skills Development Webinar Series features nationally-known speakers and leaders in the field of parks and recreation. When you sign up for the series, you receive access to 11 one-hour webinars. This includes one live webinar per month from February through December and access to the previously recorded webinars for that year. Download the 2021 webinar schedule.
Platform: Webinars will be hosted on the Zoom platform. You may log in on one computer at a time, but group participation and interaction are highly encouraged.
CEUs: The series is approved for a total of 1.1 CEUs, or 0.1 per month (continuing education units are for CPRE and CPRP Certification). CEU forms will be provided after watching the recording and upon completion of a subscriber CEU application.
Registration: Registration is $275 for NDRPA members and $375 for nonmembers. The registration deadline is Oct. 29. NDRPA members can email NDRPA for the member discount code. Register through NDRPA’s partner and host of this webinar series, Illinois Park and Recreation Association (IPRA).
When registering, you have the choice between having your live broadcast on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 10:15 a.m. or the 3rd Thursday of the month at 12 p.m. Be sure to choose a time that works best with your group. A schedule and monthly sign-in sheet will be emailed to participants within 24 hours of registration. Presentations and hand-outs (if any) will be made available at the time of each webinar.
