Keynote Speakers

Rich DiGirolamo

Rich DiGirolamo, the RECESSitator, (or That Guy with the Propeller on his Head) works with organizations to create happier work environments, design new programs and products, and create better relationships with customers and peers.

Kostas Voutsas, the 2013 educator of the year Bismarck Chamber award recipient, delivers humorous dynamic keynote presentations at national and state conferences and publishes his research in scholarly journals.

Kyle Kirchmeier, Morton County Sheriff, was elected in November 2014 and took over the duties of sheriff on Jan. 1, 2015. Kyle has been involved in law enforcement in one way or another since 1982, and was a member of the ND National Guard 191st MP Unit.

Scott McFall is a graduate of the American Institute of Hypnotherapy in Irvine, Calif. and possesses their highest level degrees. Scott operates his professional practice, Hypnosis Connection, and consults for other private practice and business owners.

Silent Auction Items Requested

This year’s conference will include a silent auction to raise funds for scholarships. Each park district is encouraged to bring at least one auction item valued at $50 or more.
